Leading the successful delivery of commercial and industrial energy efficiency programs, the full-time Energy Efficiency Program Manager will manage client relationships, oversee cross-functional teams, and ensure program performance and profitability, with a preference for candidates based in or near Michigan.

Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- 5-8 years of program, project, or client management experience managing complex initiatives
- 2+ years of people leadership experience with responsibility for coaching and performance management
- Proven success managing client-facing programs, contracts, and budgets
- Strong financial acumen with experience in program profitability and operational performance
