Engagement Associate

Job Summary

As the primary owner of strategic customer engagements, the full-time remote Engagement Associate will lead complex implementations, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure long-term value realization for enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer engagements, ensuring successful implementation and ongoing value realization
• Lead project and program delivery by defining project scope, managing timelines, and coordinating resources
• Engage senior customer stakeholders to build trusted relationships and align solutions with strategic priorities

Required qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise software implementation, management consulting, or customer success roles
• Direct experience leading complex implementation projects for medium or large enterprises
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Strong project and program management skills with a track record in a Professional Services or Customer Success environment
