Engagement Delivery Manager
Job Summary
To support enterprise customer implementations, the full-time remote Engagement Delivery Manager will lead projects through the Salesforce Delivery Methodology, ensuring alignment and driving adoption of the Slack platform and its AI capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead engagements through the full Salesforce Delivery Methodology lifecycle, ensuring alignment with customer needs
- Drive customer adoption of Slack and its AI features while building senior client relationships
- Continuously improve delivery methodology programs, incorporating AI-native practices to enhance efficiency
Required qualifications
- 8-10+ years of program/project delivery experience, preferably in SaaS and/or professional services
- 5+ years of program management experience within a SaaS organization
- Working knowledge of the Salesforce Delivery Methodology and Slack AI product capabilities
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with Salesforce products and their integration with Slack is a plus
