Engagement Lead
Job Summary
To support a growing network of oncology Providers, the full-time Engagement Lead will manage the development and execution of engagement programs that enhance Provider access to peer guidance, working in a hybrid or remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of Providers' clinical needs and communication preferences to deliver relevant insights
- Create and execute programs that encourage Providers to access Primum and ensure every interaction offers clear value
- Monitor Provider behavior and feedback to refine engagement strategies and improve participation over time
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in building and executing engagement programs
- Experience in a high-ownership environment with a focus on measurable outcomes
- Proficiency in using data and feedback to identify barriers and improve participation
- Hands-on experience in developing communications and launching multichannel programs
- Experience working with oncology Providers or in a related healthcare environment
