Job Summary
Owning end-to-end project delivery for 2-4+ concurrent implementation engagements, the full-time remote Engagement Lead will manage project scope, timeline, budget, and client relationships while ensuring high-quality execution within a pod-based delivery model.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project management for multiple concurrent implementation projects across various client sectors
- Lead client-facing project governance, including status meetings and executive reporting
- Coordinate onshore and offshore team members to ensure clear task allocation and accountability
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of project/program management experience in technology consulting or system implementation
- Experience managing EPM, ERP, or enterprise SaaS implementation projects, with a preference for Pigment or Anaplan
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Strong understanding of implementation methodologies, with PMP or CSM certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree required
