Key responsibilities
- Owning customer success and providing guidance to influence architecture and adoption decisions
- Architecting and managing web performance, cloud computing, and security solutions
- Leading and mentoring cross-functional teams while cultivating a collaborative culture
Required qualifications
- 5 years of experience with a Bachelor's in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or equivalent
- Experience in a customer-facing role with a strong understanding of the consulting process
- Proven track record of managing and delivering large technical programs successfully
- Knowledge of DevOps, web performance, and core internet technologies such as DNS, TLS, and HTTP
- Familiarity with information security fundamentals and cloud-based systems architecture
