Job Summary

Managing multiple projects simultaneously, the full-time remote Engagement Manager will plan, organize, and execute projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget while engaging with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate project strategic intent and provide management support to meet client needs
• Oversee budget management and resource utilization, ensuring adherence to timelines and processes
• Facilitate client and internal meetings, capturing updates and managing client requests effectively

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management
• 4-year college degree required
• Preferred experience in the life sciences, pharma, or biotech industry
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Familiarity with AI tools and project management software is preferred
