Engagement Manager

Job Summary

To lead successful project implementations and ongoing app enhancements for customer brands, the full-time remote Engagement Manager will manage project execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure customers achieve value from solutions while maintaining timelines and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of restaurant implementations and scoped enhancements for assigned customers
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for delivery-related activities, providing regular updates and managing expectations
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on requirements and ensure smooth project execution

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in project management or customer delivery roles in a SaaS environment
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with defined scope and timelines
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Exposure to restaurant, retail, loyalty, or marketing technology platforms is highly preferred
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, Smartsheet) is a plus
