Job Summary
Leading account health and strategy for a portfolio of government partners, the full-time Engagement Manager will ensure successful outcomes, proactively address challenges, and foster strong relationships while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Shape new work by scoping engagements, managing budgets, and aligning teams with agency goals
- Support ongoing engagements by monitoring progress, addressing risks, and facilitating communication between teams and agency leaders
- Expand impact by identifying new opportunities, collaborating with the Growth team, and capturing outcomes to share with stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in government digital services, civic tech, or public sector consulting, with at least 3 years managing government client relationships
- Background in delivering digital services, including product management or delivery management
- Proven track record of growing client partnerships and leading successful proposals
- Understanding of government procurement processes and experience with state and local agencies
- Strong writing skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
