Job Summary
To lead the successful delivery of project implementations and ongoing app enhancements, the full-time remote Engagement Manager will manage project execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure customer satisfaction with Punchh solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of restaurant implementations and scoped enhancements for assigned customers
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact and project owner for delivery-related activities
- Identify delivery risks early and drive mitigation plans while managing change requests and scope adjustments
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, implementation, or customer delivery roles in a SaaS environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with defined scope and timelines
- Exposure to restaurant, retail, loyalty, or marketing technology platforms is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS ecosystems, payments, guest loyalty, APIs, and third-party integrations is a major plus
