Job Summary

Managing complex client engagements, the full-time Engagement Manager will lead projects and programs in technology consulting, utilizing AI-enabled methods and tools while fostering strategic client relationships in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects of varying complexity, ensuring disciplined project management practices and delivery excellence
• Serve as the primary engagement leader, facilitating executive conversations and maintaining client confidence through proactive communication and risk management
• Identify and pursue follow-on opportunities by understanding client needs and aligning technology investments with business priorities

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project, program, or engagement leadership within technology consulting or professional services
• Formal project management training with a strong preference for PMP certification or equivalent experience
• Practical Agile training and experience with methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
• Demonstrated delivery experience in areas such as data analytics, AI, and cloud solutions
• Strong executive-level communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate business goals into actionable plans
