Job Summary
Leading complex, client-facing breach notification projects, the full-time Engagement Manager, Breach Notification will own engagements from scoping through closeout, coordinate necessary resources, and ensure client satisfaction in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary client contact and delivery lead for multiple concurrent breach notification engagements
- Accurately define project scope and manage implementation components to ensure timely deliverables
- Build and foster professional relationships with clients through effective communication and reliable follow-through
Required qualifications
- 7 - 10 years of project management experience, preferably in data breach response
- Bachelor's Degree
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus
- Proficiency with project planning, reporting, and presentation tools
- Experience in process improvement is a plus
