Engagement Manager, Real World Solutions

Job Summary

Leading the delivery of Real-World Evidence (RWE) and Real-World Data (RWD) engagements, the full-time Engagement Manager, Real World Solutions will serve as the primary client contact, translating business questions into actionable project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality execution in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead assigned RWE/RWD engagements from discovery through final delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives and quality expectations
• Build trusted relationships with clients, maintaining clear communication regarding project status, risks, and next steps
• Direct cross-functional project teams, managing project scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables while driving accountability

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Public Health, Epidemiology, Business, Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field
• 4-7 years of relevant experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, consulting, or life sciences
• Demonstrated experience leading client-facing projects involving multiple cross-functional workstreams
• Experience developing project plans, managing scope and timelines, and coordinating complex deliverables
• Working knowledge of real-world data sources and familiarity with RWE/RWD concepts and methodologies
