Engineer
Job Summary
To support the National EUC Team, the full-time remote Engineer will drive the delivery of AWS, VMware, and Citrix solutions, acting as a client advocate and post-sales expert while providing necessary documentation.
Key responsibilities:
- Architect and deploy AWS Appstream, Workspaces Core with Citrix, and Omnissa Horizon VDI environments
- Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning for Horizon and Workspace ONE environments
- Implement and optimize Workspace ONE UEM for device management and compliance enforcement
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Citrix, AWS Workspaces Core, and Appstream
- Strong hands-on experience with Omnissa Horizon (VDI, App Volumes, DEM)
- Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
- Knowledge of zero-trust principles, MFA, and conditional access
