Engineer Technician

Job Summary

Supporting hardware and software engineering activities, the full-time Engineer Technician will perform design, testing, and troubleshooting of prototype electro-mechanical systems at the Chelmsford, MA corporate office.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the design, test, and modification of prototype electro-mechanical systems and software products
• Conduct operational tests and fault isolation on software, systems, and equipment, documenting results and reporting to engineering
• Utilize manufacturing and diagnostic equipment to aid in the diagnosis and replication of product failures

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant work experience in engineering or technician roles
• Experience with electro-mechanical systems and software testing methodologies
• Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment such as oscilloscopes and signal generators
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation
• Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques for software and hardware issues
