Job Summary
Seeking a dual-threat executive, the full-time remote Head of Engineering and Delivery will define the technology vision, scale global delivery operations, and drive technical innovation while serving as a prominent technical voice in the market.
Key responsibilities
- Define the overall technology strategy and innovation roadmap for cloud, data engineering, and AI
- Scale and govern a multi-geographic delivery structure to ensure consistent project execution across regions
- Partner with sales leadership on complex enterprise pursuits, shaping technical architectures and converting opportunities into revenue
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of experience leading complex technology programs, including 7+ years in an engineering leadership role
- Deep technical background in Google Cloud Platform and enterprise AI implementations
- Proven accountability for professional services revenues and delivery risk management
- Experience navigating cloud partner ecosystems and co-selling with field sales teams
- Direct experience building and leading remote, distributed delivery organizations across multiple regions
