Engineering Applications Department Engineer
Job Summary
An engineering applications department is seeking an IC 2024 Engineering Applications Department Engineer for a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support a wide variety of Civil Systems Group and Space Systems Command ground system customers through software development
- Work on software teams to develop software capabilities and services
- Build user interfaces utilizing modern application frameworks
Required Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college/university program and to be conferred within 12 months
- Prior internship at the company
- Showed skill in object-oriented programming languages and web frameworks. Proficiency in C++, JAVA, Python, and REACT is highly desirable
- Passion to learn new programming languages and technologies
- The ability to acquire and maintain a Secret security clearance, which is issued by the US government. US citizenship is required to obtain a clearance
