Engineering Lead

Job Summary

Leading a small team of engineers, the full-time Engineering Lead will take technical ownership of the Echosec, Strategic Entity Data, and Identify products, overseeing architecture and production workloads in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical direction and architecture of the Echosec platform, Strategic Entity Data API, and ingestion pipeline
• Lead a team of senior engineers, managing their career paths, performance, and growth
• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to define the roadmap and ensure alignment on technical decisions

Required qualifications

• Experience managing a team of engineers, including performance management and career development
• Production experience with mature server-side web applications, preferably in PHP and Laravel
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and managing services in a public cloud environment
• Proven track record of owning production reliability, including on-call rotations and incident management
• Ability to shape technical direction and manage a quarterly commitment cycle effectively
