Job Summary
Leading a team of engineers across API, Web, and Mobile business units, the full-time Engineering Lead will own technical direction, manage daily execution, and ensure alignment with organizational priorities in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead engineering teams in API, Web, and Mobile, setting technical direction and maintaining aligned priorities
- Oversee day-to-day execution, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and ensuring ticket visibility in Jira
- Take hands-on technical ownership of core product areas, from requirements through deployment and documentation
Required qualifications
- Strong, hands-on production experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails
- Strong, hands-on production experience with Angular
- Experience leading engineers across multiple teams or product areas, ideally spanning API, Web, and Mobile
