Job Summary
Leading a team of experienced engineers, the full-time remote Engineering Lead will drive engineering velocity and hands-on problem-solving while building a new product from concept to launch, collaborating closely with the Product Lead and engaging directly with customers.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and collaborate with a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of rapid iteration and technical excellence
- Actively participate in coding, bug fixing, and customer issue triaging to maintain a tight feedback loop
- Partner with the Product Lead to define weekly priorities and make technical tradeoffs during sprints
Required qualifications
- Proven experience taking a product from concept to MVP and beyond
- Strong player/coach mentality with the ability to contribute technically alongside senior engineers
- Experience leading small engineering teams in a lean environment
- Deep customer empathy and a track record of addressing customer feedback directly
- Demonstrated ability to build teams and products using modern tools for faster delivery
