Job Summary
Leading the Architecture pod, the full-time salaried Engineering Lead, AI Architecture will build hands-on, guide architectural standards across pods, and run the AI-native delivery loop while working remotely or from the Atlanta area.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Architecture pod to ensure technical foundations support independent pod operations without fragmentation
- Guide architecture standards across all pods, ensuring consistent and scalable applications
- Run the AI-native delivery loop by partnering with product to convert user feedback into structured prompts and oversee Claude-generated builds
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, including leading a cross-functional pod with business metric ownership
- Hands-on experience with application architecture and full-stack development on AWS, with Postgres
- Experience building with LLMs, including prompt design and AI-assisted coding
- Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD, and quality gates for automated releases
