Job Summary

Key responsibilities
- Lead, hire, and develop a team of full-stack engineers while managing performance and career growth
- Own end-to-end delivery for the Copilot platform, ensuring timely production and high-quality outcomes
- Collaborate with Product and Clinical Operations to prioritize roadmaps and guide development based on user impact and service quality
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in a management role
- Proven track record of delivering customer-facing products from inception to launch
- Strong backend development skills, particularly in microservices, API design, and SQL databases
- Experience with AI-assisted development workflows and production systems at scale
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
