Job Summary
Leading a team of software engineers, the remote Engineering Manager will oversee the development, testing, and deployment of technology products for the Launch Engineering team, focusing on enhancing educational access through effective leadership and technical direction.
Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a proven track record in delivering complex systems
- 2+ years in a technical leadership or engineering management role with direct reports
- Deep understanding of technology architecture and proficiency with modern web development stacks and API-based architectures
- Experience building reliable asynchronous messaging and event-driven systems
