Key responsibilities
- Own the pod's overall performance, prioritizing clarity around expectations and accountability
- Manage execution by identifying and addressing stalled or poorly scoped projects and ensuring timely delivery
- Conduct weekly 1:1s with direct reports, providing continuous feedback and supporting their growth and performance management
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing engineers on a product or platform team
- Proven track record of improving team performance and delivery
- Strong engineering background with experience shipping production software
- Fluency in modern AI product development and its application within engineering workflows
- Experience in hiring and onboarding within a growing organization
