Leading a team focused on AutoReview's AI-powered capabilities, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage engineers, collaborate with Product to define project priorities, and maintain technical oversight to ensure successful project delivery in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support engineers in the development of AutoReview
- Collaborate with Product to assess feasibility, scope initiatives, and establish timelines
- Identify risks and dependencies across projects to ensure timely delivery of major initiatives
Required qualifications
- Experience managing software engineers in a complex product domain
- Strong technical foundation in modern web application and software architecture
- Experience with geometric processing, 3D/CAD applications, or graphics is a strong asset
- Proven ability to partner with Product on roadmap planning and prioritization
- Comfortable navigating evolving AI/ML technologies and their impact on product decisions
