Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers, the full-time Engineering Manager will oversee the Dashboard team responsible for the primary interface developers use to build, deploy, and manage applications, focusing on product quality and team growth in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing engineering team through hiring, coaching, and mentorship
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and engineering teams to define roadmap priorities and execute product goals
• Drive operational excellence by implementing strong engineering processes and championing a customer-first mindset

Required qualifications

• Experience leading and growing high-performing engineering teams
• Proven track record of building and operating large-scale customer-facing web applications or developer products
• Strong product engineering mindset with experience in modern web technologies such as React, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Understanding of frontend architecture, performance optimization, and design systems
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
