Engineering Manager
Job Summary
Leading an internal AI platform team, the full-time remote Engineering Manager II will oversee the onboarding of StackAdapt's Internal API, UI & Knowledge into the external AI Platform while mentoring full-stack engineers and promoting software development best practices.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the internal AI platform team and collaborate with product management to onboard feature teams into the AI platform
- Hire, mentor, and cultivate a high-performance team of full-stack engineers while ensuring adherence to agile best practices
- Architect scalable web APIs and backend systems, while identifying and resolving technical challenges
Required qualifications:
- At least 2 years of engineering management experience leading full-stack teams
- Proven track record of delivering results and leading high-impact teams
- Experience with platform-scale teams and AI platforms, including LLM Eval Pipelines
- In-depth knowledge of Typescript, Python, and React.js
- Minimum of 6 years of software development experience in web technologies and scalable system architecture
