Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Case Strategy Engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager will oversee the development of engineering systems that enhance reimbursement strategies, collaborating closely with Data Science and AI teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive engineering outcomes that improve customer reimbursement and connect technical roadmaps to measurable customer value
• Own the architecture of data models, databases, APIs, and workflows that implement case strategies throughout the IDR process
• Guide the transition of AI and ML capabilities from experimentation to reliable product experiences

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as an individual contributor and 2+ years in a management role within early-stage engineering environments
• Proven track record in delivering production AI or ML products and collaborating closely with data science teams
• Strong understanding of building reliable systems around models, including data pipelines and product workflows
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and form clear strategies without complete data
• Experience connecting engineering efforts to business outcomes, particularly in relation to annual recurring revenue (ARR)
