Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a dynamic team, the full-time Engineering Manager will oversee the Provider Ecosystem, managing provider adapters and routing while driving the expansion into multi-modal AI applications in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of engineers, setting the technical roadmap and engaging in hands-on code reviews
• Own the lifecycle of provider adapters and coordinate rapid integration of new providers from NDA to live status
• Drive the expansion of capabilities beyond text to include image, video, audio, and embeddings while ensuring high-quality evaluation and inference benchmarks

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of engineering management experience with a proven track record of building and scaling teams
• Strong technical foundation in distributed systems, API design, and LLM inference
• Hands-on coding experience and familiarity with AI-assisted development tools
• Ability to negotiate technical integrations with external engineering teams
• Data-driven approach to quality, utilizing benchmarks and production telemetry for decision-making
