Engineering Manager
Job Summary
Leading the Catalog and Partner Integrations teams, the full-time remote Engineering Manager will manage engineering projects, mentor team members, and collaborate with product leadership to deliver effective technical solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor teams focused on third-party integrations and catalog platforms, promoting a collaborative engineering culture
- Scope and organize projects, delegating tasks and managing timelines to ensure successful delivery
- Provide technical direction and support, driving continuous improvement and overseeing operational support for distributed software applications
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a software engineering role
- 3+ years of engineering management experience
- Experience with Kubernetes and related tools, as well as Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform
- Proficiency in SQL, Postgres, Java, and Typescript
- Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms for building data-intensive applications
