Job Summary
To support a growing team, the remote Engineering Manager will lead day-to-day execution, mentor engineers, and ensure high-quality delivery while accommodating US East Coast working hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, providing coaching and career support
- Own sprint planning and task distribution in collaboration with the Product Manager
- Maintain engineering standards across code quality, documentation, and testing practices
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong technical background with the ability to lead technical discussions
- Hands-on experience with Bubble.io or familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms
- Proven ability to manage delivery in an agile environment
- Strong communicator able to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
