Engineering Manager
Job Summary
Hands-on and experienced, the full-time remote Engineering Manager will lead the Care Delivery team in developing critical clinical and operational systems, combining technical expertise with strong people leadership to ensure reliable and scalable backend services.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and grow a team to deliver business-critical clinical and operational systems
- Guide architectural decisions and maintain strong technical fluency across relevant technologies
- Oversee systems supporting clinical workflows while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
Required qualifications
- 5+ years managing engineering teams with experience as a senior or staff-level engineer
- Proven track record in delivering complex backend or workflow-heavy systems in fast-paced environments
- Hands-on experience with AI-native development and small-batch delivery practices
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in healthcare or regulated domains is a plus, but not required
