Job Summary
Seeking a high-caliber Engineering Manager in a full-time hybrid role, this position focuses on SDLC excellence, team empowerment, and operational throughput while managing the transition of engineering culture toward in-house excellence and high-velocity delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define, implement, and safeguard a modern Software Development Lifecycle to ensure efficient and transparent software building processes
- Lead the team towards self-organization, enabling proactive identification of improvement areas and execution of action items
- Translate the needs of the Product team and executive leadership into actionable engineering priorities, balancing technical debt with feature work
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in engineering management with a focus on process architecture and team empowerment

- Experience in orchestrating software development lifecycles and fostering self-organizing teams
- Ability to effectively communicate and influence across technical and non-technical stakeholders
