Job Summary
Managing multiple complex supply chain projects, the full-time salaried Engineering Manager will lead a team of engineers, design innovative solutions, and communicate proactively with customers and senior management in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Supervises and develops a team of engineers, including hiring and performance management
- Applies continuous improvement methodologies to design and implement supply chain solutions
- Supports the sales process by creating high-quality proposals and presentations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain, or a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering preferred
- Certified Six Sigma Green Belt
- Eight years or more of related work experience required
- Advanced knowledge of Total Work Systems (TQM) required
