Leading the TV Client Paved Paths & Workflows team, the full-time remote Engineering Manager will manage a platform engineering team focused on building products that enhance the developer experience for engineers and product partners.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a platform engineering team to develop innovative products for engineers and product partners
- Build strong relationships with Design, Product, UI Engineering, and foundational partners to drive collaboration
- Empower and coach team members to grow their impact as individual technical leaders through continuous feedback
Required qualifications
- Experience leading teams in product or UI engineering domains
- Strong understanding of developer experience and a passion for serving engineers as customers
- Ability to navigate unique technical challenges within a custom TV platform
