Engineering Manager
Job Summary
Leading a cross-disciplinary team, the full-time salaried Engineering Manager will oversee the development and delivery of AI-powered features for PercyIQ, ensuring operational reliability and compliance in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of AI/RAG-powered search and discovery experiences across multiple platforms, ensuring quality and compliance
- Lead the design and implementation of conversational AI experiences, integrating chat functionalities with human support channels
- Mentor and develop a team of engineers while overseeing agile delivery processes and production support for AI services
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on backend and frontend systems
- 3+ years in an engineering management or tech lead role, managing and developing engineering teams
- Hands-on experience with LLMs/generative AI and conversational AI platforms
- Experience in regulated environments, particularly in healthcare and handling PHI/PII
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
