Engineering Manager
Job Summary
Leading the end-to-end development of a new ERP application, the full-time Engineering Manager will architect and integrate systems while leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of a new ERP application from scratch
- Integrate the new ERP with existing SaaS products and utilize existing backend infrastructure
- Drive AI-driven development practices and provide technical leadership to the engineering team
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in designing and building enterprise-grade, multi-tenant systems
- Expertise in .NET (C#) for backend development and Angular for frontend
- Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure and NuGet package management
- Strong proficiency in using AI development tools and methodologies
- Hands-on experience in managing and scaling engineering teams
