Key responsibilities
- Drive engineering-wide initiatives that improve team performance and foster organizational growth
- Support proactive engineers by creating an environment where innovative ideas can surface and be acted upon
- Partner with Product Managers to deliver intuitive and reliable user experiences while maintaining team autonomy
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams in a product company
- Experience in building or scaling zero-to-one product and engineering initiatives
- Familiarity with structured onboarding and growth frameworks
- Strong decision-making skills based on logic, research, and data
- Advanced English (B2) and fluent Russian
