Engineering Manager
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Engineering Manager for a remote, full-time position to lead the Secure Access team, overseeing the application lifecycle, managing priorities and delivery, and mentoring engineers across infrastructure and application development.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a team of Software and Platform Engineers in the development and integration of the Secure Access application
- Set technical direction and manage project priorities to balance reliability and new feature delivery
- Mentor engineers across both infrastructure and application development disciplines
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- At least three years of direct engineering management experience
- Minimum of five years of hands-on experience in platform, infrastructure, or software engineering
- Experience managing virtualized on-premises infrastructure, particularly VMware vSphere/ESXi
- Experience deploying and operating workloads on a major cloud platform, preferably GCP
