Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of platform engineers, overseeing hiring, performance management, and professional development
- Own the platform's technical direction, guiding the design and implementation of distributed cloud systems and developer-facing tools
- Ensure operational excellence by maintaining security, reliability, and observability across platform capabilities
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a technical lead or engineering management role
- Strong foundation in AWS cloud-native architecture and distributed systems
- Experience in building or operating multi-tenant SaaS platforms or shared developer platforms
- Familiarity with modern AI development practices and tools
- Proven ability to communicate technical direction and influence cross-functional teams
