Job Summary

Leading the Methods and Insights teams, the full-time remote Engineering Manager will focus on hiring and developing talent, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and building efficient systems for engineering operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage team dynamics through hiring, coaching, and performance management to foster engineer growth
• Oversee project planning, risk management, and operational health to ensure quality delivery of product commitments
• Develop and enhance engineering systems and processes to support efficient coding practices and team collaboration

Required qualifications

• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager with a track record of hiring and developing engineering talent
• Strong technical background with experience in building and running production systems
• Familiarity with AI-driven coding tools and methodologies
• Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
