Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of platform engineers, focusing on hiring, performance management, and professional development
- Direct the technical architecture and implementation of distributed cloud systems, ensuring scalability and security
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive platform adoption and enhance developer experience through shared capabilities
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a technical lead or engineering management role
- Strong foundation in AWS cloud-native architecture and distributed systems
- Experience with platform engineering, developer tooling, and building foundational capabilities for other engineering teams
- Familiarity with modern AI development practices and tools
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
