Job Summary
To lead a dedicated Automation Intelligence engineering team, the full-time remote Engineering Manager will oversee product readiness, enhance detection accuracy, and foster a self-sufficient team environment while driving the development of innovative solutions in online fraud detection.
Key responsibilities
- Own the engineering plan for product launches, ensuring readiness and reliability
- Establish and maintain a quality loop for detection accuracy, including automated testing and regression suites
- Manage and grow a team of senior engineers, setting goals and promoting healthy engineering practices
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of engineering management experience with a track record of shipping products
- 8+ years in software engineering with a strong technical foundation
- Relevant domain expertise in bot detection, fraud prevention, or web security
- Experience with measurement-driven engineering and quality tracking
- Familiarity with AI coding tools and their application in software development
