Engineering Manager
Job Summary
Leading a team within the Trading Platform, the full-time Engineering Manager will oversee system reliability, quality, and delivery while collaborating with senior engineers and other departments in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Set direction and standards for the team, manage hiring processes, and plan operational capacity
- Conduct 1:1s, provide real-time feedback, and foster a culture of growth and psychological safety
- Ensure the availability and performance of systems while driving delivery cadence and influencing the technical roadmap
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, including production systems and operations
- 2+ years of engineering management experience with a focus on team development and operational effectiveness
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical work while balancing reliability and feature delivery
- Experience leading teams responsible for production systems and incident response
- Technical expertise in backend and distributed systems, ideally with .NET/C#, AWS, and container orchestration
