Key responsibilities
- Lead, hire, and grow a team of engineers through regular coaching and performance management
- Own the end-to-end delivery process, utilizing customer feedback to iterate quickly and reliably

Required qualifications
- 2+ years of direct management experience with software engineers, including hiring and performance management
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer with hands-on technical work in recent years
- Strong technical foundation for leading architecture discussions and code reviews
- Experience in shipping LLM-powered features and familiarity with AI technologies
