Key responsibilities
- Grow and lead a team of engineers, overseeing hiring and development efforts
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align technical execution with business goals
- Contribute to software development and architecture while promoting continuous improvement in processes and standards
Required qualifications
- At least 2+ years of experience as a technical leader and people manager
- Recommended 10+ years of extensive professional experience in software development
- Proven success in delivering SaaS, e-commerce, or consumer-facing web applications/APIs
- Deep experience with distributed systems and cloud environments, preferably Azure
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including C#, Azure, and SQL Server
