Seeking an experienced Engineering Manager, this full-time position will lead a team of engineers in developing Windows desktop applications and core PDF technologies, focusing on high-quality software delivery and fostering a collaborative engineering culture in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and inspire teams of C++ and C# application engineers, ensuring accountability for delivery
- Foster a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement, while encouraging a customer-centric mindset
- Collaborate with stakeholders and senior engineers to drive technical initiatives and align engineering efforts with business goals
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years as an Engineering Manager in a software development environment with experience leading cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of application development and release management
- Track record of shipping user-focused applications and products
- Hands-on experience with modern development practices such as CI/CD, unit testing, and version control (Git)
- Proven experience leading teams using Agile and/or Scrum methodologies
