Engineering Manager
Job Summary
The full-time Engineering Manager will lead the engineering team remotely, overseeing customer implementations and core product work while managing projects and stakeholders, and remaining hands-on with engineering tasks as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and support engineers while facilitating team growth and hiring
- Plan and prioritize work for customer rollouts and product development to ensure timely project delivery
- Coordinate with customers and stakeholders to set expectations and translate needs into actionable work
Required qualifications
- 7+ years in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects involving external stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with TypeScript/Node.js, capable of reading and reviewing code
- Strong judgment in prioritization and scope management within an early-stage environment
- Experience with LLM-based or conversational AI products
