Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of 10-12 engineers, the full-time remote Engineering Manager will drive execution across Secrets Management and Certificate Management products, ensuring high-quality delivery and a secure infrastructure while developing a high-performing engineering team.

Key responsibilities

• Own engineering delivery by managing priorities and ensuring consistent high-quality work from the teams
• Hire, onboard, and develop engineers, while fostering a culture of performance management and leadership development
• Shape engineering priorities by balancing customer needs with investments in security, reliability, and developer velocity

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in a management role, preferably in developer tooling or infrastructure security
• Proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams
• Experience leading multiple engineering workstreams and driving execution through others
• Strong hands-on engineering background with the ability to review production code and technical designs
• Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to work directly with customers
