- Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance management for the engineering team and contractors

Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in building production software, with at least 3 years in a management role overseeing a team of 10 or more
- Proven track record of meeting project deadlines and handling project risks effectively
- Recent hands-on experience writing and shipping production code
- Experience with agent systems in production, including orchestration loops and multi-agent patterns
- Proficiency in Python, modern JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, and cloud deployment (preferably AWS)
